IKEA: Journal of Service Research


I found this online and Chris from the library ordered it from the British Library for me. However it didn't actually come for some reason so he purchased and printed it for me instead. I've highlighted the text and it's been really useful in breaking down the terminology of hyperreal experiences in retail as well as having a detailed case study of Ikea's 'experience rooms'. This will be a key text in my essay for the them of hyperreality.
