Hundreds of people packed into Reed Space last Thursday night for the product launch of Lomography(Lomo)’s collaboration with Staple Design. The event also unveiled an one-of-the-kind, floor to ceiling photo montage. Painstakingly assembled by the creative team dispatched by Lomo, featuring photos from the collaboration’s companion book, Colorsplash Chakras. Of course, no Lomo event would discount the participation of Lomographers. So more than a dozen Lomo Colorsplash cameras were tethered through out the store for anyone to create their Lomo moments. Famed nightlife photographer Nick Rhodes (akaNicky Digital) also join in the impromptu photo shoot to add on his special touch to the evening festivities.
The Lomo montage is currently on display at Reed Space in Lower East Side. A definite must see if you are in the area.

When looking for a range for my good I found this exhibition for lomography. It shows the scale and range analog photography can take which expands from the range of analog cameras to what they produced and how they can be promoted and displayed effectively and differently.
